There are a few show caves in the Costa Blanca. Notably near Alicante and Val de Ebo. Both have impressive large chambers littered with impressive formations. There are also many "cimas" or rock faults that can be decended to quite a depth, the deepest being near Pena Mulero above Benifato, which has a depth of 70 metres.
Adventure caving is possible, the Figuera cave on the slopes on the Puig Campana is worth a look, and is relatively unexplored. Max depth is about 30 metres. There is also an easy cave to explore at Tarbena, which is a through trip in a very shallow system.
Closer to Abdet there is a very small system recently explored and shown in the video below
