The mountain biking in the Guadalest Valley and Sierra Aitana, Serella and surrounding areas is varied and challenging, and a hidden secret. There are easy rides like the circuit of Guadalest Reservoir, which is now mainly a minor road (Embalse de Guadalest) and many harder outings which tackle the mountain passes and summits. Also further afield (within and hours drive) there are many more excellent routes to be enjoyed.

If you use the accommodation at Abdet you can borrow a bike for short rides (just donate some money towards up keep). Or we can provide details of bike hire in the area.

Please note we do not provide mountain biking activities or instruction. These are undertaken at your own risk.
